Billy Oliver

            Billy Oliver, 73, of Hamburg, died Sunday, November 8, 2015, at St. Vincent Health System Hospital in Little Rock.  Mr. Oliver was a native of Fountain Hill and a life long resident of Hamburg and Fountain Hill.  He graduated from Fountain Hill High School in 1960.  He began his career as a Truck Driver working for Tri-State, Monark, Georgia-Pacific, Builders Transport and Federal Express.  He was a member of the Fountain Hill First Baptist Church.

              He is preceded in death by his parents, Ervin and Edith Sivils Oliver.

            He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sylvia Donaldson Oliver of Hamburg; four sons, David Oliver and wife, Pam, of Hot Springs, Mark Oliver and wife, Sandra, Johnny Oliver and wife, Denise, all of Hamburg and Timmy Oliver and wife, Rebekah, of Crossett; three brothers, James Oliver, Ricky Ross and Jeff Ross all of Hamburg; a sister, Linda Hall and husband, Harold, of Maumelle; 12 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and a host of extended family.

            Funeral services are 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the Fountain Hill First Baptist Church with Bro. Bill Elton officiating.  Burial will be in the Flat Creek Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Jimmy Oliver, Andy Farmer, Matthew Oliver, Nathan Oliver, Alex Oliver and Jeff Albert.  Honorary pallbearers are Jeff Ross, Ricky Ross, Josh Buie and his nephews.  Memorials may be made to the Fountain Hill First Baptist Church, PO Box 265, Fountain Hill, AR 71642.  

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
