Dear Bruce, Marsha, Veda and Willard, I was so saddened to hear of our Aunt Marguerite's passing today. I have only the most precious memories of her and will always cherish the memory of her sweet laughter, those long hugs and kisses she gave us all every time we saw her! What a joy she was to have as my great aunt as I was growing up and what a blessing that my own children were able to meet her and experience those warm embraces and kisses, too!
You just know she is rejoicing in heaven right now and all those babies she loved at her feet and in her lap and reunited with her Bruce and her sister and brothers, and of course my papaw Gerald.
We are so sorry we are not able to make it to the service tomorrow due to other obligations here in Alabama, but please know we are there in spirit, sharing in your sadness and bittersweet joy as we remember a life well-lived and precious soul who was loved by all who were blessed to know her.
