Jadyn Watkins

             Jadyn Watkins, 11, of Burleson, Texas, died Sunday, November 15, 2015 in Hamburg. She was a native of Arlington, Texas and a resident of Burleson, Texas for the past 10 years.  She attended the Donna Shepard Intermediate School where she was a straight “A” student. She loved to play basketball and soccer and was a member of the Texas Lighting Soccer Team.  She was an avid animal lover and protector.  She enjoyed drawing, listening to music, dancing and singing as loud as she could.  She was an awesome daughter and sister.

            She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Jim & Johnnie Watkins.

            She is survived by her parents, Claude and Kim Bierbaum Watkins; a brother, Jonathan Watkins all of Burleson, Texas; her maternal grandparents, Billy and Beulah Bierbaum of Hamburg; a nephew, Wyatt Watkins of Burleson, Texas and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

            A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 18, 2015 at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Bobby Pennington and Clarence Watkins officiating.  Pallbearers are Tareyton Rucker, Terry Bierbaum, Cody Yeoman, Donny Jo Williams, Terry Rucker, Brent Harrod and Jeff Watkins.  Memorials may be made to the North Texas Humane Society, 1840 E. Lancaster Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76103.
