Gwen McCabe Craig

            Gwen McCabe Craig, 57, of Hamburg, died Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at her residence.  Mrs. Craig was a native of Monticello; a resident of the Milo Community outside of Hamburg for the past 20 years and a former resident of Monticello.  She graduated from Drew Central High School in 1974 and from the University of Arkansas at Monticello in 1985.  She was a Registered Nurse and a member of the Mt. Pleasant Free Will Baptist Church.  She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.

            She is preceded in death by a son, Joseph Adcock and her mother, Joan Tate McCabe.

            She is survived by her husband of 20 years, Timmy Craig of Hamburg; a son, Scott Chatman and partner, Rodger Welborn, of Mabelvale; a step-son, Casey Craig of Hamburg; a daughter, Brittany Kulbeth Adcock and husband, Ronnie; her father and step-mother, Max and Bonnie McCabe; a sister, Lisa Baldwin and husband, Donnie, all of Monticello and six grandchildren, Braxton, Blaine, McKinzie, Case, Myka and Mac.

            Funeral services are 10 a.m., Friday, April 3, 2015 at the Mt. Pleasant Free Will Baptist Church in the Milo Community with Bro. Keith Boseman officiating.  Burial will be in the Eden Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Eric Pippen, Craig Bowden, Bubba Cruce, Kenny Hudgens, Marty Baker, Kevin Griffin and Keith Griffin.  Honorary pallbearers are Case Craig, Braxton Cater Kulbeth and Rodger Welborn. Memorials may be made to the Eden Cemetery Association, c/o Jerry Stanley, 747 HWY 8 West, Hamburg. AR 71646.  

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the church.
