Tommy Greer, 70, of Parkdale, died Monday, August 9, 2021, in Lake Village. Mr. Greer was a native of Eudora and a resident of Parkdale for the past 30 years. Many people were the recipient of Mr. Greer’s thoughtful generosity. He would often say that “the Lord has blessed me” and when he thought someone was in need, he would step in. Mr. Greer loved his wife and son dearly and enjoyed spending time with his family and was loved by all.
He is preceded in death by a daughter, April Marie Greer in 1975; his parents, Willie and Mary Weathers Greer and a brother, James Greer.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Nadine Walton Greer of Parkdale; a son, Rommy Greer and Beau Beckham, of Bella Vista; two brothers, Charlie Greer and wife, Marci`a and Henry Greer and wife, Bonnie, all of Lake Village; three sisters, Elizabeth Barley of Eudora, Polly Carter of Dermott and Barbara Arnold and husband, John, of Bovina, Mississippi; Shaye Lynn Russell, whom he thought of as his own granddaughter and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
