Shirley Wallace Royals

Shirley Wallace Royals, 83, of Trinity, Texas died Monday, March 17, 2025, at the River Pointe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Trinity. Mrs. Royals was born December 22, 1941, in Hamburg, was a resident of Lewisville, Texas for over 60 years and a resident of Trinity, Texas for the past three years.  She was a 1959 graduate of Bastrop High School. Mrs. Royals worked as an office clerk for the Nissan Corporation until she retired in 2007. She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in Lewisville, Texas for over 50 years. Mrs. Royals enjoyed spending time at her lake house, boating on Lake Lewisville and loved her family dearly.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Leon Royals; her parents. Ollie and Harriet Tubbs Wallace; a sister, Robbie Sullivan and two brothers, Johnny Wallace and Robert O. Wallace.

She is survived by her brother, Ted K. Wallace and his wife, Debbie, of Trinity, Texas and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside funeral services are 2 p.m., Thursday, March 20, 2025, at the Promise Land Cemetery Pavilion with Bro. Jared Conatser officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Promise Land Cemetery Association, c/o Lindsey Brooks, 427 Ashley Road 70, Hamburg, AR 71646. 

Visitation will be 1:45 - 2 p.m., Thursday at the cemetery.
