Seleta Kay Foster

Seleta Kay Foster, 42, of White Hall, died Monday, February 7, 2022, at the Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff.  Miss Foster was a native of Bastrop, Louisiana, a resident of White Hall for the past 25 years, and a former resident of Hamburg for 17 years.  A 1998 graduate of Hamburg High School, she was a member of the Future Farmers of America, Future Homemakers of America, played saxophone in the band, and during the summer, she played softball. Miss Foster was a Senior Tax Analyst for H&R Block for several years and a member of Gardner Baptist Church.  She enjoyed traveling, watching Razorback Football, loved spending time with her family, especially spoiling her nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Howard Foster and Sue White Robinson; her maternal grandparents, Richard and Henrietta Domon Rhoden and her uncles, James “Jimmy” Foster and Perry Rhoden.

She is survived by her parents, Johnny and Kathy Rhoden Foster of White Hall; a sister, Becky Foster; her grandmother, Barbara Foster; an uncle, Joe Foster; a very close friend who she considered a sister, Tonya Lemon and husband, Eric, all of Hamburg; her nephews and nieces, Justin Foster, Emma Foster, Evan Foster, Easton Foster, Gavin Lemon and Payton Lemon all of Hamburg and Taylor McCain of White Hall and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Graveside services are 2 p.m., Saturday, February 12, 2022, in the Mount Pleasant Cemetery with Bro. Buddy Kinney officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Brandon Rhoden, Terry Richard Rhoden, Eric Lemon, Reed Gandy, Ricky Johnson, and Cody Holloway.  Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105, or to the Ronald McDonald House, RMHCA, 1501 W. 10th Street, Little Rock, AR  72202. 

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
