Reggie Harold King, 67, of Fountain Hill, was born November 7, 1954, at his home in Crossett. He died Monday, October 10, 2022, in Fountain Hill. Mr. King was a resident of Hamburg for most of his life and a resident of Fountain Hill for the past 25 years. He was a Machine Operator at the Georgia-Pacific Paper Mill and retired after over 30 years. Mr. King enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with his family and friends.
He is preceded in death by a grandson, Richard “Trey” Amerson Richardson; his parents, William B. “Billy” and Geneva Norrell King; two brothers, Billy Wayne King and Bruce King and seven sisters, Vicky King, Nancy Gail Barnett, Mary Smith, Barbara Woods, Susan Savage, Peggy Woods and Patty Griffith.
He is survived by a son, Benjamin Joseph “BJ” King; a daughter, Tabitha Marie King; both of Counce, Tennessee; the mother of his children, Sandra King Bowden of Fountain Hill; his sister, Dixie Ann Fairchild of Hamburg and six grandchildren, Haleigh Paige Amerson Richardson, Rylee Ann King, Kennedy Bryton King, Alyssa Alaine Simpson King, Heaven Grace King, and Nevaeh Faith King all of Counce, Tennessee.
A private service will be held at a later date.
