Randall Wayne Griffith, 67, of Hamburg, died Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at the Nightingale at Crossett Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Griffith was born July 16, 1958 in Crossett, a lifelong resident of Hamburg and a 1976 graduate of Hamburg High School. He was a member of Gardner Missionary Baptist Church. Mr. Griffith worked as a truck driver for many years, having retired in 2022. He had a big heart, made friends easily with everyone and enjoyed talking, visiting with others and telling stories. Mr. Griffith loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Winford Leon Griffith and Lois Ailene Jones Griffith Kincheloe and two sisters, Phyllis Gail Switzer and Windra Jane Griffith.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, JoAnn Shelby Griffith of Hamburg; two daughters, Shanna Bailey and her husband, Bruce, of Crossett and Tami Andrews and her husband, Ralph of Pocola, Oklahoma; a son, Brad Cruthfield of Rison; two brothers, James Winford Griffith of Vicksburg, Mississippi, Michael Leon Griffith, Sr., of Cottonwood, Arizona and eight grandchildren, Caleb, Josh, Sara, Makinleigh, Tyler, Garrett, Emma and Allie.
A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, February 2, 2026 in the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Griffith officiating. Graveside services are 2 p.m, Monday, February 2, 2026 in the Prosperity Cemetery in Rison. Pallbearers are Anthony Griffith, Brad Crutchfield, Riley Griffith, Jacob Griffith, Mark Stanley and Ronnie Wright.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home chapel.
