Phillip Wayne Johnson, 67, of Fountain Hill, died Wednesday, January 17, 2024, at his residence. Mr. Johnson has been a resident of Fountain Hill since 1998. He worked as a T.V. repairman and satellite installer for many years. Mr. Johnson was an outdoorsman and enjoyed deer hunting, fishing, being outside watching nature, gardening, and tending to his chickens. He had a kind heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need.
He is preceded in death by his father, Aubrey Carl Johnson in 1999.
He is survived by a son, Jacob Johnson of Fountain Hill; a daughter, Kelly Johnson Gorman and husband, Randy, of Hermitage; his mother, Joyce Ann Malloy Johnson of Dardanelle; three sisters, Carlis Rice and husband, Eddy, of Dover, Diane Wooten and husband, John, of Hamburg and Kathy Mitchell and husband, Butch, of Hamburg; six grandchildren, Jacob Wayne Jr., Kelsey, Kenleigh, Alexis, Cason and Landen and a host of nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
