Pat Maglothin, 77, of Montrose, died Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the Cabot Health and Rehabilitation Center. Mr. Maglothin was born in Fort Benning, Georgia and was a lifelong resident of Montrose. He graduated from Lakeside High School in 1963. Mr. Maglothin was a retired Agriculture Pilot, owner and operator of Montrose Air Service for 28 years, and was a Licensed Aircraft Mechanic and Inspector.
He is preceded in death by a son, Earl Maglothin and his parents, Ray Daniel and Vonnie Lee Pamplin Maglothin.
He is survived by a son, Paul Maglothin of El Paso, Arkansas; two sisters, Jane Graves and husband, Joe, of Mountain Home and Ann Collins and husband, Richard, of Hamburg; a nephew, Marc Collins of Hamburg; two nieces, Jodi Carney of Mountian Home and Becky Gray and husband, Joey, of Hackberry, Louisiana.
Graveside services are 3 p.m., Friday, April 7, 2023, in the Snyder Cemetery with Bro. Larry Donaldson officiating. In lieu of flowers, please make a memorial donation to a charity of your choice.
Visitation will be 2:30 - 3 p.m. Friday at the cemetery.
