Marvin Dean Cain, 68, of Eudora, passed away surrounded by the love of his family on Sunday, March 1, 2026 in Crossett. Marvin was born October 20, 1957 in Eudora. A devoted husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and friend, Marvin will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Marvin’s life was defined by his dedication to family, his steady strength, and his generous spirit. Whether sharing stories, offering a helping hand, or simply spending time with those he loved, he made a lasting impact on everyone around him. His legacy lives on in the family he cherished and the memories they will forever hold close.
He is preceded in death by his son, Justin Cain, and his father, Rufus Cain.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Cain, who stood faithfully by his side through life’s many seasons. He leaves behind his daughter, Brittney Cox (Trent), and his grandson, Tristen. He is also survived by his mother, Rosa Lee Hillman Cain, whose love and guidance shaped the man he became. Marvin will be fondly remembered by his siblings: Barbara Wayland (Mike), Raymond Cain (Debbie), Brenda Hunt (Gene), and Terry Cain (Kathy), along with many nieces and nephews who held a special place in his heart. In addition to his immediate family, Marvin is survived by his mother-in-law, Pat Gilbert; his stepsons, Heath Russell (Jessica) and Jeremy Russell (Tashina); and his grandchildren, Raelee Russell, and Kyler and Bella Wimer.
A family led Celebration of Life service will be held on March 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Northside Baptist Church in Eudora.
