Kristy Pauline Bowles

Kristy Pauline Bowles, 39, of Crossett, died Wednesday, April 3, 2024, in Montrose as the result of an automobile accident. Kristy was a native of Shreveport, Louisiana; a resident of Crossett for the past six years; a former resident of Hamburg for several years and a 2002 graduate of Hamburg High School. She volunteered at the Ashley County Skilled Workcenter. Kristy was an avid reader and a loving daughter.

Kristy’s mother, Jonita René Wiggins Bowles and her brother, Christopher Bowles, died in the same automobile accident.

She is preceded in death by her father, William Eugene Bowles in 2017; her paternal grandfather, Randald Jordan and her maternal grandparents, Pauline Benedict Wiggins and Daniel Eugene Wiggins.

She is survived by her paternal grandmother, Diane Klemme Jordan; several aunts and uncles; numerous cousins and a host of other family and friends.

Funeral services are at 10 a.m., Friday, April 12, 2024, in the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dean Walsworth officiating. Burial will be in the Hamburg Cemetery. Pallbearers are Kirk Brooks, Zach Frost, Darryl Falk, Joshua Gilbert, Alex Gilbert and Tiffany Frost. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home, PO Box 28, Hamburg, AR 71646, to help with funeral expenses. 

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday in the funeral home chapel.
