Joe B. Tullos

Joe B. Tullos, 75, of Wilmot, died Saturday, October 25, 2025 at his residence. Mr. Tullos was born March 26, 1950 in Lake Village and was a lifelong resident of Wilmot. After he graduated from Wilmot High School in 1968, he worked as a catfish and row crop farmer for over 50 years.  He enjoyed deer hunting and spending time with his dogs.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Willie McKee Tullos; a brother, Melvin "Sonny" Tullos and a sister, Martha Tullos West.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Linda Grice Tullos of Wilmot; two sons, Ben Tullos and his wife, Cheryl, of Benton and Dan Tullos and his wife, Elizabeth, of Russellville; two daughters, Laura Armstrong and Michael Pearson, of Conway and Julia Gildon and her husband, Cody, of Maumelle; a sister, Betty Boman of Oden and his nine grandchildren that lovingly called him "DeDe", Gabbi Armstrong, Tully Gildon, Lindy Gildon, Jolee Gildon, Kimberly Tullos, Lexington Tullos, Garrett Lucier, Jack Tullos and Nathan Tullos.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m., Wednesday, October 29, 2025 in the Parkdale Cemetery with Rev. Toby Austin officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Tully Gildon, Jack Tullos, Nathan Tullos, Lexington Tullos, Chad Grice and Les Tullos. Memorials may be made to the Wilmot United Methodist Church,  PO Box 338, Wilmot, AR 71676. 

Visitation will be 1:30 - 2 p.m., Wednesday at the cemetery.
