Helen Martin Robbins, 70, of Crossett, died Tuesday, September 3, 2019, in Crossett. Mrs. Robbins was a native of Hamburg and a resident of Crossett for most of her life. She graduated from Crossett High School. Mrs. Robbins worked as a florist for many years and worked at the Oakhurst Minit Shop. She attended Cloverdale Assembly of God Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, L.L. “Monkey” Robbins in 1994; a daughter, Laurie Ann Robbins White in 2017; her parents, John Oliver and Grace Parker Martin and three brothers, Jimmy Martin, Tommy Martin, and Glenn Martin.
She is survived by her daughter, Brenda Robbins Weaver of Crossett; her son, Johnny Robbins of Maplevale; her son-in-law, Mike White of Crossett; two sisters, Joyce Blocker of Jonesboro, Louisiana and Deannie Moss of Palmyra, Missouri; eight grandchildren, Blake White, Whitney Woods and husband, Kedric, Chasity White, Taylor White, Chelsey Reed and fiance, Billy Brown, Jr., Dylan Robbins, Tina Pyle and husband, Chuck and Scott Reed; numerous great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 10 a.m., Friday, September 6, 2019, in the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Jerry Grant officiating. Burial will be in Crossroads Cemetery. Pallbearers are Mike Chisholm, Logan Harrington, Price Holt, Keith Harrington, Albert Mills, Kevin Cosby, Willie Person, and Eric Wall. Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
