Fran Cunningham Tucker

Fran Cunningham Tucker, 74, of Hamburg, died Thursday, January 6, 2022, at the Chapel Woods Health and Rehabilitation Center in Warren.  Mrs. Tucker was a native and lifelong resident of Hamburg and a 1965 graduate of Fountain Hill High School.  She was a homemaker and a member of Calvary Baptist Church.  Mrs. Tucker enjoyed cooking, gardening and canning vegetables.  Her world revolved around her children and she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is preceded in death by a granddaughter, Ashley Rae Tucker; her parents, Henry Cunningham and Lenora Norrell Cunningham; four sisters, Patricia Gayle Cunningham, Lorene Miles, Eloise McClain and Mace Felchle and a brother, Hoyt Cunningham.

She is survived by her husband of 56 ½ years, Terry Tucker, Sr.; two sons, Terry Tucker, Jr. and Paul Tucker and wife, Tressie, all of Hamburg; two daughters, Cheyenne Smith and husband, Jeff, of Monticello and Ashley Tucker and fiance, Erik Wheeless, of McCool, Mississippi; a brother, Lane Cunningham of Mountain View; a sister, Vickie Burch and husband, Eddie Wayne, of Fountain Hill; two grandsons, Brandon Tucker and Cody Tucker; seven great-grandchildren, Everly, Taydon, Mykaylynn, Kason, Laci, Brody and Nikolas and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services are 3 p.m., Sunday, January 9, 2022, in the Zion Cemetery with Bro. Jim Bailey officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Monte McClain, Heath Cunningham, Jeff Smith, Brandon Tucker, Cody Tucker and Erik Wheeless. 

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Saturday at the funeral home.
