Mr. Clifton Ladd, 58, of Hamburg, died Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff. Mr. Ladd was a native and life long resident of Hamburg and he graduated from Hamburg High School in 1972. He was a farmer, a member of the Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church and he was an avid duck hunter.
He is preceded in death by his father, Earl Clifton Ladd Sr. in 1995; a brother, Glenn Ladd in 2000; a niece, Tonya Renee Ladd and his grandparents, Victor & Clara Mae Peacock Ladd and Harry & Ora Olivia Shuck.
He is survived by two sons, Cliff Ladd of Lake Village and Colby Ladd of Monticello; his mother, Sue Shuck Ladd; a brother, Keith Ladd and wife, Paula, all of Hamburg; a granddaughter, Aslan Ladd; his former wife, Debbie Holland Ladd; a sister-in-law, Patsy Ladd both of Hamburg; four nieces, two nephews, two great-nieces and two great-nephews.
Funeral services are 2 p.m., Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Bobby Pennington, Rev. Rob Leonard and Rev. Lloyd Townsend officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Pallbearers are Al Harrison, Philip Lauhon, Ray Hennington, John Smith, Don Williamson and Michael Stanley. Honorary pallbearers are the graduates of Hamburg High School Class of 1972. Memorials may be made to the Mt.
