Carol Fletcher, 68, of Crossett, died Sunday, November 17, 2024, at her residence. Mrs. Fletcher was born January 18, 1956 in Monroe, Louisiana, a lifelong resident of Crossett and she attended Crossett High School. She was a loving homemaker and enjoyed talking on the phone and reading. Mrs. Fletcher was a very active member of the Cloverdale Assembly of God Church. She loved God and spending time with her family and church family.
She is preceded in death by a daughter, Staci Adkins in 2003 and her parents, Ed and Marbeth Hamm Watt.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Robert Fletcher; a daughter, Robin Krneta and husband, Alex; a brother, Lawrence Watt, all of Crossett; three grandchildren, Matthew LaCaze and wife, Kaitlyn, Sidney LaCaze and Hope Adkins and one great-grandchild, Emerson.
Funeral service are 2 p.m., Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at the Cloverdale Assembly of God Church with Rev. Norman Riordan and Rev. David Williams officiating. Burial will be in the Crossroads Cemetery. Pallbearers are Barney White, Belvin Hamm, Lee Riordan, Paul Weems, Barry Fletcher and Ronnie McDonald. Memorials may be made to St. Jude, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Tuesday at the church.
