Bobby Livingston, Sr., 87, of Hamburg, died Monday, September 16, 2024, at the Countryside Assisted Living Center. Mr. Livingston was a native of Ashley County and lifelong resident of Hamburg. He was a Truck Driver for over 50 years and had worked for Barnes Lumber Company, Georgia-Pacific Chemical and Dedicated Logistics until he retired in 2018. He was a member of the Unity Baptist Church. Mr. Livingston was an avid Arkansas Razorback Football fan and he loved spending time with his family and grandchildren, watching westerns, and going camping.
He is preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Earlene Livingston in 2021; a great-granddaughter, Abigail Watson; his parents, Clarence Lee and Hildred Lucille Amos Livingston; a sister, Joyce Ann Livingston and two brothers, Carroll B. Livingston and Clarence Dwayne Livingston.
He is survived by a son, Bobby Livingston, Jr., and wife, Wanda; a daughter, Tammy Aiken and husband, John, all of Hamburg; six grandchildren, Jennifer, Teresa, Felicia, Tiffany, Kayla and Daniel; ten great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 2 p.m., Wednesday, September 18, 2024, in the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Haas and Bro. James Fleming officiating. Burial will be in the Zion Cemetery. Pallbearers are Daniel Livingston, Dewayne Collier, Brandon Collier, Zach Goodwin, Tristin Pacheco, and Caleb Anderson. Honorary pallbearer is Mason Goodwin. Memorials may be made to St. Jude, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
