Bobby Gulledge, 60, of Hamburg, died Sunday, May 17, 2026, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born January 31, 1966, in Monroe, Louisiana, Bobby had been a resident of Hamburg for the past 16 years and was a 1984 graduate of Crossett High School. He dedicated more than 30 years to the United States Postal Service and retired in 2021 due to declining health after serving as Postmaster in Hamburg. Bobby was a devoted LSU football and baseball fan who rarely missed a game. He especially loved spending time outdoors fishing and hunting with his grandchildren, making memories they will always cherish.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Emmett Allen and Patsy Ashcroft Gulledge; a sister, Linda Kay Gulledge Sims and a brother, James Curtis Gulledge.
He is survived by a son, Josh Gulledge and Karista Burris of Benton; a daughter, Brandie Gulledge of Fort Smith; his loving partner, Staci LaGrone Hall of Hamburg and her daughter, Allie Hall Graham, who he loved as his own, and her husband, Bryce, of Portland; a brother, David Gulledge and his wife, Gaye, of Ruston, Louisiana; a sister-in-law, Lisa Gulledge of Crossett; four grandchildren, Aubree, Gunner, Grayson and Bayley and a host of nieces and nephews.
A graveside funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, May 19, 2026 in the Hickory Grove Cemetery with Bro. Jessie Charpentier officiating.
