Alfred "Peewee" Pruitt

Alfred “Peewee” Pruitt, 65, of Jerome, died Wednesday, March 24, 2021, in Little Rock.  Mr. Pruitt was a native of Jerome and a resident for most of his life.  He worked at McGehee Industries for 30 years.  Mr. Pruitt was an outdoorsman and enjoyed nature.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfred Pruitt, Sr. and Nina Carpenter Chaney and a brother, Andrew Chaney.

He is survived by his son, Shane Pruitt and wife, Andrea, of Monticello; two daughters, Sara Murphy and husband, Michael, of Hamburg and April Pruitt of Boydell; two brothers, John Carter of Lake Village and Steve Chaney of Kansas and five grandchildren, Aneston, Avenlea, Mason, Avery and Zoey.

A private service will be held at a later date.
