Jerryl Lynn Frazer Corder, 73, of Shreveport, Louisiana died Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Mrs. Corder was a native of Ashley County and a resident of Shreveport, Louisiana since 1978. She was the Vice-President of the Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Tourist Bureau for 21 years. Her life was full with work and spending as much time as she could with her family, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles W. Corder in 2012; a grandson, Parrish Lynn Hay; her parents, William Thomas and Olive Caskey Frazer; a sister, Gloria Ann Hill and a brother, Kenneth Dale Frazer.
She is survived by her children, Melissa Lynn White of Oil City, Louisiana and Charles Corder, Jr., and wife Carol, of Shreveport, Louisiana; her brothers, Bill Frazer of Portland and Kevin Frazer of Dermott; a sister, Judy Orton of Pine Bluff; five grandchildren, Blake Corder, Jacob Corder, Madison Corder, Trevor Hay and Kaleb Hay and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are 2 p.m., Saturday, January 5, 2019, at the Sardis Baptist Church with Bro. Carlos Pitts officiating and Blake Corder eulogy. Private burial will be in the Trafalgar Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m, Saturday at the church.
