George William Bozeman

George William Bozeman, 77, of Lake Village, died Wednesday, October 30, 2019, in Lake Village. Mr. Bozeman was a native of Crossett, a resident of Lake Village for the past five years, and a former resident of Portland for most of his life. He was a member of the Portland Baptist Church. Mr. Bozeman was a loving person and would give you the shoes off his feet if you needed them and was loved by everyone.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Guy David & Velora Hudgins Bozeman and two brothers, Raymond Bozeman and David Bozeman.

He is survived by his wife, Robbie Hughes Bozeman of Pearl, Mississippi; a son, Wade Bozeman and wife, Linda, of Portland; three brothers, Charles Bozeman and wife, Linda, of Monroe, Louisiana, Russell Bozeman of Little Rock and Jimmy Bozeman and wife, Donna, of Portland; three sisters, Mary Jane Streeter of Dermott, Karon Roberts and husband, Jimmy, of Hamburg and Julia Bridges and husband, Dan, of Kingsburg, California; four grandchildren, Phillip Justus, Lexi Junker, Sarah Woodruff and John Bozeman; nine great-grandchildren, Adalina, Phillip, Kyle, Milaena, Makinna, Maya, Kyra, Zachary and Shelia and a host of nieces and nephews.

Graveside services are 2 p.m., Saturday, November 2, 2019, in the Portland Cemetery with Bro. Jerry Selby officiating. Memorials may be made to the Portland Cemetery Association, PO Box 174, Portland, AR 71663.  

Visitation will be Saturday, 1:45 – 2 p.m., at the cemetery.
