Have not seen Mrs Sydoriak in many years but can vividly remember her genuine concern for the welfare of ALL her students, including my stepson at the time who was going thru a very difficult time. Gayla always reflected Christ working in her. She is one of the most remarkable ladies I've encountered. I went to visit her while I was in Little Rock. She was at the Baptist Hospital Physical Rehabilitation building. I went in to pray with her, and hopefully lift her spirits. Instead, I encountered Christ working in her and she was lifting me up.
