Dorothy Mae Estelle, 93, of Florence, South Carolina, died Friday, August 25, 2017 at the Palmetto Health Tuomey Hospital in Sumter, South Carolina. Mrs. Estelle was a native of Hamburg; a resident of Florence, South Carolina for the past two years and a former resident of Hamburg and Riegelwood, North Carolina. She was a homemaker and worked for the McKee Company for 20 years. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Riegelwood, North Carolina. She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family.
She is preceded in death by her husband, J.B. Estelle in 1994; her parents, Llewellye & Allie Murphy Franklin and four brothers, Billy, Edward, Tucker and Leroy Franklin.
She is survived by two daughters, Sharon Kaye Stone of Tifton, Georgia and Patricia Lane Moral of Florence, South Carolina; five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service was held in the Pinewood Memorial Park.
