Albert "David" Witherington

Albert “David” Witherington, 62, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, died Thursday, June 6, 2019.  Mr. Witherington was a native of Hamburg and a resident of Tulsa for the past 40 years.  He graduated from Hamburg High School in 1974 and the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville in 1978 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business.  Mr. Witherington worked as a sales person and worked for American Airlines.

He is preceded in death by his parents, A.D. & Steena Warner Witherington.

He is survived by a son, David Witherington and wife, Holli, of Ada, Oklahoma; two brothers, Phillip Witherington and wife, Maha, of Bryant and Warner Witherington of Lake Charles, Louisiana; two nieces Kanzy & Sherwet and a nephew, Joseph.

Graveside services are 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 12, 2019, in the Egypt Cemetery with Dr. Bobby Pennington officiating.  Memorials may be made to the Egypt Cemetery Association, c/o Mr. John Laing, 272 Ashley Road 454, Hamburg, AR  71646. 

Visitation is 9:45-10 a.m., Wednesday at the cemetery.
