Stacey Wilson, 54, of Ruston, Louisiana, died Monday, October 5, 2015 at the Northern Louisiana Medical Center. She was a native of Bastrop, Louisiana and a resident of Bastrop, Louisiana for many years. She was a resident of Ruston, Louisiana for the past 2 ½ years and a former resident of Fountain Hill, Hamburg, Wilmer, Monroe, Louisiana and Dallas, Texas. She was a bookkeeper; a member of the First Baptist Church in Monroe, Louisiana and she enjoyed family activities.
She is preceded in death by her father, James K. Martin; her mother, Dorothy “June“ Malloy Evans and the father of her children, Richard Wilson of Bastrop, Louisiana.
She is survived by two sons, Zachary Wilson of Ruston, Louisiana and James Wilson of Conway; two sisters, Alisa M. Scott and husband, Shelby, of Hamburg and Becky Brown and husband, Greg, of Bernice, Louisiana; a brother, Thomas A. Franklin and wife, Karen, of West Monroe, Louisiana; a granddaughter, Paizley; two nieces, two nephews, two great-nephews and one great-niece and her beloved dog, Precious.
Visitation will be at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 10, 2015 at the Shiloh Baptist Church Fellowship Hall. Memorials may be made to the Shiloh Baptist Church, c/o Rob Gifford, 915 Ashley 92 Road, Hamburg, AR 71646.
