Phyllis Lokey Barth

Phyllis Lokey Barth, 79, of Hamburg, died Friday, May 6, 2016 at the Crossett Rehabilitation and Health Center.  Mrs. Barth was a native of Humnoke; a resident of Hamburg since 2013 and a former resident of Alamogordo, New Mexico for 48 years.  She was a Dietary Supervisor and she attended the Southside Baptist Church. She was a loving mother, sister and friend.  She will be missed by all.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 48 years, Robert M. Barth in 2011; a son, Donald Lewis and a daughter, Cathy Lewis both in 1971; her father, Herman Lokey; her mother, Lorene Harvill Wood; her step-father, Rufus Wood; a brother, Bill Lokey and a sister, Lois Price.

She is survived by three sons, David Lokey and wife, Vicki, of England, Robert Barth, Jr. of Phoenix, Arizona and Matthew Barth and wife, Ceclie,of Los Cruces, New Mexico; a step-son, Carol Wayne Lewis; a step-daughter, Barbara Talmud and husband, Moe, all of Conway; a sister, Carolyn Lawson and husband, Glen, of Hamburg; two brothers, Jim Wood and wife, Nancy, of Stuttgart and Paul Wood and wife, Betty, of Eudora; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in the Flynn Cemetery in Humnoke.  Memorials may be made to the Arkansas Children’s Hospital, PO Box 2222, Little Rock, AR  72203
