Louise Sydoriak

Louise Sydoriak, 94, of Hamburg, died Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at the University of Arkansas for Medical Science in Little Rock.  Mrs. Sydoriak was a native and life long resident of Ashley County and a resident of Hamburg since 1943.  She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Hamburg First Baptist Church and the Home Extension Club.  She took care of Hamburg children in her home for many years.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Adam Sydoriak in 1994; a grandson, Eric Sydoriak in 2013; her parents, Lewis & Maggie Brown McNeice; a sister, Mae McNeice Gardner and five brothers, Bennie, Odell, Vernon, Ray and Bill McNeice.

She is survived by a daughter, Diane Sydoriak of Little Rock; two sons, Michael Sydoriak and wife, Christine, of Oakton, Virginia and Danny Sydoriak and wife, Gayla, of Crossett; two brothers, Lavelle McNeice and wife, Marie, of Lockesburg, and Clifton McNeice and wife, Betty, of Denton, Texas; two sisters-in-law, Georgia McNeice of Hamburg and Pauline McNeice of Crossett; a great-grandson, Adam Sydoriak and a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 10 a.m., Saturday, August 20, 2016 at the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Bobby Pennington officiating.  A private burial will be in Pinewood Memorial Park.  Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church, PO Box 352, Hamburg, AR 71646 or Arkansas Children’s Hospital, 1 Children’s Way, Little Rock, AR  72202.

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Friday at the funeral home.
