Jeff Ross, 49, of Hamburg, died Thursday, June 29, 2017 at his residence. Mr. Ross was a lifelong resident of Hamburg and graduated from Hamburg High School in 1985. He was a truck driver and worked for Riley Paving. He was a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and squirrel hunting.
He is preceded in death by his father, Jesse Ross in 1978; his mother, Edith Sivils Oliver in 2002 and two brothers, Ricky Ross and Billy Oliver.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Angela Holcomb Ross; a daughter, Danielle Ross; a son, Jake Ross; a brother, James Oliver all of Hamburg; a sister, Linda Hall of Maumelle; a grandson, Kohl Carter and a granddaughter, Brisytol, that will be here in August; two nephews, Chris and Michael Hammons both of Snyder and a very close and dear friend, Patricia Kelley.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m., Sunday, July 2, 2017 in the Flat Creek Cemetery with Eddie Dean Savage officiating. Honorary pallbearers are Buddy Pete Savage, Roy Savage, Dakota Savage and Dakota Harper. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, PO Box 1000, Dept. 142, Memphis, TN 38148-0142.
Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m., Sunday at the funeral home.
