Erma Bell Bolin

Erma Bell Bolin, 95, of Crossett, died Sunday, June 5, 2016 at the Pillars Assisted Living Center in Crossett.  Mrs. Bolin was a native of Hector; a resident of Crossett for the past 46 years and a former resident of Parkdale.  She and Mr. Bell owned and operated Empire Grocery outside of Parkdale and Fairview Grocery in Crossett for many years.  She was a member of the Cloverdale Assembly of God Church and she loved Southern Gospel Music.  She loved sewing, cooking and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husbands, Barney Bell in 1979 and James Haskel Bolin in 1999; an infant son, David Lee Bell in 1948, her parents, William Robert and Fatima Mainord McCuin; a son-in-law, Johnny Hartley in 2005; six brothers and eight sisters.

She is survived by a son, Billy Bell and wife, Ann; a daughter, Eunice Hartley; three grandsons, David Bell and wife, Melissa, Tony Hartley and wife, Toni Kay, and Josh Hartley and wife, Landra; six grandchildren, Mykayla and Lexie Bell, Addison and Aubrey Hartley and Beckham and Briston Hartley all of Crossett and a host of nieces and nephews

Funeral services are 3 p.m., Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at the Cloverdale Assembly of God Church with Bro. Al Womack and Josh Hartley officiating.  Burial will be in Pinewood Memorial Park. Pallbearers are Sam Curran, Doug Piker, Charles Berryman, Ronnie McDonald, Carlton Maxwell and Kenneth Knight. Honorary pallbearers are Dean Hagood and Ed Crouch.  Memorials  may be made to the Cloverdale Assembly of God Church, 132 Ashley Road 15, Crossett, AR 71635.   

Visitation will be 2 p.m., Tuesday until the service.
