Dale W. White

Dale W. White, 68, of Crossett, died Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at his residence.  Mr. White was a native and life long resident of Crossett.  He graduated from Crossett High School in 1965.  He owned and operated Dale’s Radiator Shop for 10 years and he was a member of the Cross Road Missionary Baptist Church.  He was an avid outdoors man and loved to hunt and fish.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ashton & Edith Mae Doss White; two brothers, Don & Reginald Dean White and a sister, Linda K. White.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Shelia Bryan White of Crossett; a son, Kenneth Dale White and wife, Denise, of Elm Grove, Louisiana; a daughter, Ronza Stell and husband, Jerry, of Crossett; a sister, Faith White Nowlin and husband, John, of Crossett; five grandchildren, Chris Jones and wife, Jacie, Megan Stell Chancellor and husband, Jason, James Allen Jones, Justin Stell and Jacob White; one great-grandson, Jett Chancellor and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services are 2 p.m., Friday, February 27, 2015 at the Cross Road Missionary Baptist Church with Bro. Farrell Breshears and Bro. Allen Breshears officiating.  Burial will be in the Crossroad Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Stephen Carter, Jim Carter, David Mitchell, Randy Mitchell, Roy Rogers and Gary Massey.  Honorary pallbearers are Larry Johnson, Kenny Jenkins, Joe Frank Murphy, Billy Deal, Macky Toler and Billy Roberts.

Visitation is 6-8 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home.
