Charlotte Woods, 54, of Hamburg, died Thursday, November 26, 2015 at the Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. Ms. Woods was a native of Crossett and a resident of Hamburg for most of her life. She graduated from Hamburg High School in 1980 and was a member of the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her father, Robert (Doobie) Woods in 2000; her paternal grandparents, Travis & Lena Moore Woods and her maternal grandparents, Ander Lee & Evangeline McCordy Kelley.
She is survived by a son, Bobby Woods of Hamburg; a daughter, Christina Henslee and her husband, Wayne, of Crossett; her mother, Ethel Kelley Woods of Hamburg; two brothers, Mark Woods of Selma, Alabama and Neal Woods of Hamburg; a sister, Deborah Woods of Houston, Texas; three grandchildren, Angel and Kambree Henslee and MacKenzie Woods and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services are 2 p.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2015 in the Hamburg Cemetery with Bro. Joey Meredith officiating.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., Tuesday at the funeral home.
