Cathy Gray, 57, of Hamburg, died Wednesday, August 17, 2016 at the Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock. Mrs. Gray was a native of Crossett; a resident of Hamburg since 1996 and a former resident of El Paso, Texas. She graduated from Crossett High School in 1977. She was a Certified Nursing Assistant and a member of the Southside Baptist Church. She loved spending time with her grandbabies and riding horses.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Herman Smith and Patricia Claire Hanson Smith.
She is survived by two sons, Chad Gray and Brad Gray both of Hamburg; two daughters, Tara Lynn Thomas of Grandbury, Texas and Jessica Brewbaker of Rota, Spain; two brothers, Charles Herman Smith, Jr. of El Paso, Texas and Kevin Smith of Lake Village; two grandchildren, Addison Gray of Hamburg and Isaiah Thomas of Grandbury, Texas.
Graveside services and interment are 10 a.m., Tuesday, August 23, 2016 in the Mt. Olive Cemetery with Rev. Tim Chennault officiating. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 901 N. University Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72207.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Monday at the funeral home.
