Bonnie Summers, 67, of Hamburg, died Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Summers was a native of Boydell and a resident of Hamburg for the past 50 years. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Crossett. She was devoted to her grandchildren and family.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Berley and Leona Trantham and ten brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Charles Summers; a son, Mark Summers; a daughter, Nicole Cannon all of Hamburg; two sisters, Shirley Edwards of Hamburg and Louise Edwards of Springhill, Louisiana; five grandchildren, Stephen Summers, Rainey Martin and husband, Matt, Tanner Summers, Jacob and Bailey Cannon; three great-grandchildren, Alexa Martin, Bruin Martin and Emersyn Cannon and a host of nieces and nephews.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
