Beatrice Booth Johnson, 86, of Hamburg, died Friday, September 16, 2016 at the Stonegate Villa Health and Rehabilitation Center in Crossett. Mrs. Johnson was a native of Chicot County; a resident of Hamburg for the past 25 years and a former resident of Bastrop, Louisiana for many years. She was a homemaker and member of the Cloverdale Assembly of God Church. She enjoyed working with ceramics, bead making, and camping and fishing.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Rayford Johnson in 2006; a son, Charles Clifton Henderson; a granddaughter, Kristi M. Henderson; and her parents, Perry and Verdell Ozment Booth.
She is survived by two sons, J.C. Henderson and wife, Glenda, of Hamburg and Sammy Henderson and wife, Peggy, of Crossett; three brothers, Perry Booth, Jr. and wife, Barbara, of El Dorado, Charles Booth and wife, Dorothy, of Monticello and Cecil Booth of Jacksonville, Florida; two sisters, Jean Elliott and husband, Jerry, of Hamburg and Ouida Wolfe and husband, Winston, of Hot Springs Village; 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 9 great-great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services are 2 p.m., Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at the Cloverdale Assembly of God Church with Bro. Justin Uselton and Bro. Wes Miller officiating. Burial will be in the Judson Cemetery. Pallbearers are Larry Booth, David Booth, Charlie Booth, Gary Carter, James Herrington and Ed Crouch. Honorary pallbearers are Tommy Wayne Roan, Michael Boykin, Lee Bufkin and Steven Henderson.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Monday at the church.
