Angie Lynn

Angie Lynn, 62, of Portland, died, Monday, July 18, 2016 at the Chicot Memorial Medical Center in Lake Village.  Mrs. Lynn was a native of Kinder, Louisiana and a resident of Portland for the past 46 years.  She worked as a Therapist at the Lake Village Clinic for over 40 years.  She was a member of the Montrose United Methodist Church and former member of the Bethel Assembly of God in Lake Village and was the director of children’s church. She was the President of the Montrose Cemetery Association for many years.

She is preceded in death by two sons, John Edward Lynn, Jr. in 1988 and Brandon Cecil Lynn in 1977 and her father, Robert V. Stewart, Jr.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Johnny Lynn; a son, Adam Lynn both of Portland; her mother, Ellen Gregory of Bastrop, Louisiana and a brother, Robert Stewart and wife, Faye, of West Monroe, Louisiana.

Funeral services are 10 a.m., Thursday, July 21, 2016 in the Jones-Hartshorn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Dan Bonnette and Bro. Jimmy Bonnette officiating.  Burial will be in the Montrose Cemetery.  Pallbearers are Phillip Bonnette, Kevin Bonnette, Chandler Thompson, Larry Adams, Bubba Jones and Roberto Bernal.  Memorials may be made to the Montrose Cemetery Association, 329 Lynn Road, Portland, AR 71663

Visitation will be 6-8 p.m., Wednesday at the funeral home.
